Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers anything you pay for on Blackjack Odds Calculator 360 at blackjackoddscalculator360.com. It sits alongside the Terms of Service, which govern the rest of your use of the Service.

Where the Service is free and carries no paid plan, there is nothing to refund and the rest of this policy does not apply to you.

2. Free Plans

Free plans cost nothing, take no card and do not expire. There is no charge to refund and no cancellation to make. You can stop using a free plan at any time, and hitting a free plan limit never charges you.

3. The 14 Day Guarantee

If you are subscribing for the first time and it is not right for you, tell us within 14 days of the first charge and we refund it in full. No reason needed.

The guarantee applies to a first subscription on an account. It does not apply to a renewal, or to a second subscription after an earlier refund on the same account.

4. Cancelling a Subscription

How

Through the billing portal on your account page, or by writing to us. Cancelling stops the next charge.

What you keep

Access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. You are not cut off on the day you cancel.

Partial periods

Monthly subscriptions are not prorated. Cancelling on day 20 of a month does not refund the remaining days, because the whole period stays available to you.

Your data

Cancelling does not delete anything. Export stays available, and the account reverts to the free plan rather than being removed.

5. Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and the renewal date is shown on your account page.

If a renewal charge catches you out and you have not used the Service since it was charged, write to us within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it. We would rather do that than argue about it.

6. Failed Payments

If a card is declined we retry it over several days and email you. Access continues while those retries run. Nothing is deleted and no refund is involved, because no payment was taken.

7. If We Discontinue Something

If we withdraw a paid feature or shut the Service down, we refund the unused part of anything you have already paid for. That is the one case where we prorate.

8. Price Changes

We give 30 days notice by email before any price increase. It never applies to a period you have already paid for, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

9. Chargebacks

If something looks wrong on your statement, write to info@edgewater-media.com first. We can almost always sort it out the same day, and faster than a card dispute. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may suspend the account while the bank investigates.

10. How to Ask

Email info@edgewater-media.com from the address on the account and say what you want refunded. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
