What to write about
A recommendation that looks wrong. Tell us your hand, the dealer's upcard, and what the tool said. Some disagreements come down to rule assumptions (this tool assumes four to eight decks, dealer stands on soft 17, and doubling after split allowed), and some are genuine errors. Those details let us tell which.
A rule variation you want supported. Dealer hits soft 17, surrender allowed, single deck. We know these change the correct play and we would like to know which ones people actually need.
Something broken. A card that will not select, a chart that will not load, a layout that breaks on your phone. Knowing your browser and device helps.
Advertising and business enquiries. Same address, say so in the subject line.
What we cannot help with
We are not a casino, a bookmaker, or a gaming operator. We cannot resolve a dispute with a casino, recover funds, investigate a hand you believe was misdealt, or comment on whether a particular operator is trustworthy.
We also cannot offer advice on how much to bet, how to manage a bankroll, or whether to gamble at all. If gambling has stopped being entertainment for you, a support service in your country will be far more use than we can be.
